The concreting of 1st lower raft, for the base Isolation foundation of Urtse is done on 26th December 2015. The concreting works is given to L&T Construction Company, India, through Phunatsangchu Hydro Power Project. The Design for the Base Isolation foundation for the Urtse is done by Dr. Andreas Galmarini, Walt + Galmarini AG, Switzerland.
