On the 3rd of November, the kachens for ground floor of Utsi, DYT hall and Chamkhang were erected. The erection ceremony was graced by Lam Neten, Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Drangpon and other officials of the Dzongkhag. Later towards the afternoon, the Hon’ble Secretary for Ministry of Labour and Human Resource has awarded the Certificate of Recognition to the workers who has passed the National Competency Test which was earlier conducted by Department of Occupational Standards, MoLHR, through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) system.
