- Interested bidders having valid trade license can purchase the bidding document from the office of Wangdue Phodrang Dzong Reconstruction Project, during office hour from 31.10.2016 to 30.11.2016, or can be downloaded from wangduedzong.gov.bt, for a non-refundable fee of Nu. 500.00, in the form of cash. Bidders who have downloaded the document from the website shall pay the fee at the time of submission of document.
- Bids must be accompanied by a bid security specified in the tender document drawn in favor of Project Director. Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
- Bids must be delivered to Wangdue Phodrang Dzong Reconstruction Project on or before 1400 hours on 30.11.2016 and will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
